Is Recruiting For The Following Opportunity: Patent Attorney or Patent Agent opportunity to work remotely. Your responsibilities will be dependent upon your legal experience and/or technical background. Preparation and prosecution of US patents, strategic portfolio counseling, patent opinions (validity, infringement, right to use, patentability). Possible PTAB and licensing work as well. Depending on your technical background, you will deal with chemical and/or biological patents. This is also an excellent opportunity within a progressive firm. You will have the opportunity for comprehensive client interaction. The existing client base is well distributed and includes a broad spectrum of large and small clients. This is premiere work with a talented group of peers with flexible hours, client origination incentives, production incentives, and more. An existing book is not required, but if you have portables, that would certainly be valued as well. Requirements: Minimum Ph.D. in Chemical or Biological sciences. Patent Bar (and any State Bar for an associate) are required. Must have at least 3 years of solid US patent preparation and prosecution experience in life sciences. Notes For Potential Candidates: All fees are paid by client firms and companies.
