About the Team
The Global Mobility Team is the ultimate cross-functional team. Every day we work with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure we bring the best talent into different locations. We also liaise with our immigration, tax, and relocation vendor to ensure they meet their SLAs and that each case is handled with care and consistency in line with our policies. We focus on guiding JLL employees as they navigate moving themselves and their families across borders in the most efficient and compliant way. About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Global Mobility EMEA & APAC, this role provides support for our global relocations including long-term and short-term assignments, and permanent international transfers. You will work closely with the global mobility team and mobility providers in the implementation and execution of our global mobility policies. What You’ll Do
Consult with internal and external partners on global mobility matters and employee assignments. Act as primary point of contact for employees on all aspects of global mobility. Handle employee queries and assist with complex issue resolution. Coordinate with service providers to initiate cases and ensure timely service delivery according to SLAs. Prepare cost projections and assignment letters as applicable. Ensure our vendor management system and internal records are up to date and compliant. Monitor our email and ticketing system and triage incoming assignments. Prepare workable quarterly dashboards and PowerPoints for appropriate case load. Review vendor invoices against proposed costs; escalate inaccuracies as necessary. Assist with ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by your manager. What You’ll Need
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. At least 5+ years of Global Mobility work experience, ideally in-house or consultancy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Project management knowledge. Basic understanding of tax, social security, and immigration. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint would be an asset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a team player mindset. Fluent written and verbal English. Location:
