We're looking for an experienced Senior Staff Software Engineer for a new team with a mission to build a product from the ground up for cloud native platforms. You will collaborate with the leadership team for product direction and engineering decisions. You will contribute to all parts of the software development and deployment lifecycle, including design, implementation, documentation, deployment and operations. You are someone who enjoys building early stage products and iterates fast. Reporting to the Senior Director, Software Engineering, you will be responsible for: Product architecture that balances being able to meet launch timelines, with an eye for long-term scalability. The ability to discover and articulate design tradeoffs is necessary to this role. Writing high-quality, efficient, testable code and define team standards in development, and system design. Mentoring junior team members in improving their skills, conducting code and design reviews. Partner with a product manager and the team to iteratively deliver the product to customers. What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

Strong software engineering fundamentals such as object-oriented design, algorithms, data structures, and a good grasp of advanced systems concepts and design 8+ years in information security, with at least 5 years focused on cloud security and prior experience as a Security Architect, Principal Engineer or similar role in a CWPP(Cloud Workload Protection Platform) or CDR(Cloud Detection and Response) product . Demonstrate an understanding of malware, threats, vulnerabilities in cloud environments and proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including knowledge of their security services and best practices. Expertise in Kubernetes (AWS EKS) and container infrastructure and development experience in Go, Python and Rust What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience with eBPF, and other low-level Linux systems programming technologies Familiarity with Machine Learning (ML) concepts and algorithms an experience integrating AI software, AI platforms, and AI engineering into cybersecurity software solutions. Familiarity with Cloud-native observability and management tools and experience with security principles, networking protocols, and technologies #LI-CM3 #LI-Remote
