Posting Type Hybrid Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead transformational system integration projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management with experience in leading integration projects from discovery through go live. You will work cross functionally leading project teams across IT, Finance, and Revenue Operations and be responsible for executing complex projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities. The senior project manager will report to the Director of Global Business Operations, working collaboratively within the Global Business Operations team to manage projects in support of our company initiatives. Job Description and Requirements Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project plans, outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.

Lead cross functional project teams, fostering collaboration and communication to ensure successful delivery of projects.

Ability to translate financial business requirements into technical design, in partnership with key technical resources.

Plan, estimate and control project costs, and scope, including resource planning to ensure project is delivered on time and within budget.

Manage day-to-day project tasks, scope, risks, and timelines according to project management best practices; document, track and report on project risks, progress, issues, and milestones; provide status reports to management, project teams, and other project stakeholders, including our executive leadership team.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in project management.

Adhere and promote the project management principles, tools and procedures governed by the Project Management Office.

Provide project management coaching and mentoring to others in the organization.

Engage in continual learning to remain knowledgeable of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging standards.

Coordinate and lead planning sessions for project development phases and project execution.

Minimum Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on financial systems and integrations.

Strong understanding of financial processes and systems.

Proven experience with project management methodologies (Agile & Waterfall) and project management tools (Asana, Jira).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to diverse audiences.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with a diverse project team and stakeholders.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, Jira, Asana, Microsoft Office, and Slack.

Preferred Qualifications Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).

Proven track record of managing large-scale projects from initiation to completion.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between $96,000 and $144,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
