Role Overview
As a Strategic Engagement Manager, you will develop, manage and optimize our most critical partnerships. You will build joint success strategies, define joint operational processes, create reporting, and work with our Product team to deliver excellent solutions. Our strategic partners are complex entities of many different divisions, teams and regions — you will work across these different parts to ensure alignment & success. What You'll Do
Manage the full partnership lifecycle including onboarding, training, success planning, strategic planning, and partnership expansion/renewal opportunities
Collaborate closely with partner cross functional teams to design and implement co-solutions as well as represent Harvey’s value proposition
Work internally with Harvey engineering, product, and legal teams to deliver on solutions
Strategically identify ways we can make customer success repeatable and measurable; identify, create and track joint KPIs, metrics, and reports
Build and maintain deep relationships with key partner stakeholders, gathering key insights and ensuring needs are captured/met
What You Have
5+ years experience in consulting, product management, partner management, and/or business development
Outstanding project management and communication skills; extremely organized, detail oriented
Experience working cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
An action-oriented mindset that balances creative problem solving with the scrappiness to ultimately deliver results
Bonus Points
Tech company experience ideally at fast-growing startups
MBA preferred
Knowledge of generative AI & LLMs
A technical background (education or professional experience with CS, Math, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, etc)
Knowledge of the professional services and/or legal industries
