The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing high-volume, upscale dining establishments. This role demands a hands-on approach to deliver outstanding service, drive revenue growth, and foster a positive team environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of service standards. Develop and mentor a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of hospitality and excellence. Drive guest satisfaction and loyalty through exceptional service and engagement. Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and achieving revenue targets. Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company standards. Requirements Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Manager in a high-volume, upscale restaurant environment. Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
