The Senior Manager Insights & Analytics supporting our Rice Krispies Treats Business will act as a strategic business partner. You will have the opportunity to drive marketing recommendations and strategy as a valuable member of our Sweet Snacking team. We are looking for top talent in either the Chicago, IL or Battle Creek, MI areas that will work in a flexible, hybrid model with weekly in-office days. Consumers are at the heart of everything we create! As a strategic business partner, you will be critical to driving success for our brands. A strong understanding of consumer needs and behaviors combined with advanced skills in methodology, test design, and analysis is needed. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

Collaboration is Key

– Bring the voice of the consumer to the cross-functional team across Marketing, Commercial Strategy, Category Strategy, RGM, and R&D. Together you will shape priorities and a learning plan to support goals. Analytics Drive Actions

– Use a wide range of advanced analytics to drive meaning and action from rich datasets. Drive organizational success through extracting compelling insights and recommendations from data. Strategic Thought Leadership

– Identify the business case for our right to win in the market. Show us your ability to be resourceful, strategic, creative, and analytical. Bring your fresh ideas and demonstrate your depth of knowledge in marketing, business, and consumer behavior to create a vision for new opportunities. We’re Looking for Someone With

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Significant experience and demonstrated strength in marketing research competencies, including qualitative/quantitative primary research and syndicated data (scan & panel, trend reports). Substantial experience in a range of innovation/product development and marketing communication strategy. Ability to influence and collaborate with executive-level leaders, both by formal and informal communications and presentations. Ability to manage multiple and conflicting agendas. Proficiency working in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Compensation

The annual salary range is $134,880 - $202,320, which is based on various factors such as location, experience, and skill. Discretionary bonuses based on company and individual performance are also available. What’s Next
