Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager and Operations Support, you will provide programmatic, strategic, and technical guidance to the management of projects, requiring insight into overall details within the mission: Provide technical expertise and support to help define, design, and evaluate new systems to meet client mission, including but not limited to RF and communication solutions. Support the deployment of new technical solutions to the field. Provide technical expertise and experience to help identify potential capabilities and solutions across industry and government and apply them to client mission. Interface with technical and analytic support to the mission. Work with mission leads to ensure solutions meet overall client standards. Help manage and refine mission use of communication systems and infrastructure and establish support processes. Provide technical review board support for both operations and engineering. Qualifications

Required Qualifications: TS/SCI w/ POLY level clearance is required. BA/BS and 8+ years of experience; Masters and 6+ years; an additional four years of experience can be considered in lieu of a degree. Strong communication and coordination skills. Self-starter and demonstrated ability to work independently. Experience managing requirements for a large organization. Able to learn quickly on the job. Familiar with RF and Networking. Desired Qualifications: Technical background in RF and networking/communications systems. Experience with creating briefing packages and communicating to Senior Leadership, both technical and non-technical audiences. Translating and simplifying complicated topics for a variety of audiences. Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
