Events and Field Marketing Manager
to lead and execute high-impact external events, elevate our brand, and contribute to our wider marketing strategy. The role blends strategic planning and hands-on execution, creating memorable experiences to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our customers. What you’ll do Event planning and management Lead, plan, and execute a variety of events, including (but not limited to) trade shows, conferences, meetups, and exclusive customer events.
Manage logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, and timelines to ensure seamless events, including coordination with venues, catering, AV, and external vendors.
Handle end-to-end event logistics, from pre-event outreach to post-event follow-up, ensuring smooth operations across physical and digital platforms.
Work and coordinate with team members at our subsidiary brand,
telehealth.org , who may attend events alongside in some capacity (either as attendees, speakers, or full exhibitors).
Regional campaign execution Develop and execute regional marketing campaigns tailored to market-specific needs, industry segments, or customer personas.
Partner with demand generation, sales, and business ops to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and high event ROI, incorporating channels like webinars, direct mail, event series, and more.
Track and analyze key metrics (e.g., MQLs, pipeline contributions, conversion rates) to assess campaign and event effectiveness, leveraging CRM and marketing automation tools like Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
Brand awareness and relationship-building Work closely with our in-house brand design team to deliver physical brand expressions through swag and promotional materials for events.
Identify opportunities for sponsorships, partnerships, and speaking engagements to strengthen brand presence in key regions during in-person events.
Market insights and strategic planning Develop deep insights into regional market dynamics, competitive landscape, and customer needs, tailoring messaging and campaigns to resonate with local audiences.
Provide market-specific feedback to marketing and product teams, helping refine strategies based on emerging trends and customer feedback.
Collaborate with product marketing, digital marketing, and creative teams to ensure alignment on messaging, product launches, and customer success stories.
Budget management and ROI analysis Oversee the event marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and a focus on high value, effective activities.
Regularly report on campaign and event performance, providing insights to stakeholders to identify successes and areas for improvement.
Your skills and experience 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, events management, brand marketing, or field marketing, ideally within the tech or corporate events space.
Experience marketing to healthcare practitioners, administrators, and/or working in the healthcare industry.
Expertise in CRM and automation tools like Salesforce, Asana, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
Proven track record in strategic campaign planning, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Strong project management skills with an ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.
Customer-centric approach and a deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and industry trends.
Availability to travel for events across the United States and internationally as required.
