Global Technology Enterprise Products & Platforms (EPP) Team, focused on Operational Excellence (People, Process, and Performance) , where our vision is to "Always be a... people led, product centric, future focused & trusted technology partner of choice". The Manager, Operations Excellence (Performance & Insights) will report to the Sr. Manager of OpEx (Strategy & Performance) for EPP and will support the strategic objectives of EPP, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence through data-driven decision making. The performance analysis and insights span across EPP and include analysis in support of Finance Technology, People Technology, Supply Chain Technology, Corporate Technology, and Operations Excellence. This role will collaborate with Product and Operations Excellence teams to standardize EPP’s performance tracking and help EPP achieve its objectives and key results (OKRs). Responsibilities & Accountabilities: Conduct OKR tracking and financial analysis and modeling activities for EPP.
Manage and refresh the OKR dashboard for EPP to ensure relevance and impact. Support the EPP, OpEx Director for overall EPP financial planning, budget requests, forecasting, and financial reports and aggregation. Conduct monthly financial planning analysis activities, partnering with team members. Execute financial modeling, regular monthly financial forecasting, financial aggregation, and capital management. Conduct periodic and ad hoc financial analysis, receiving information to and from various groups, and collecting information into useful and presentable formats for leadership. Track and report on financial performance, identifying areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvements. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
Support the EPP, OpEx Director for the creation of the value realization capability.
Provide analytics to support value realization efforts for EPP. Analyze and provide input into tools and tracking for value realization processes. Conduct cost-benefit analysis, return on investment (ROI) analyses, and writing and evaluating business case justifications.
Support the Operations Excellence team on efforts to analyze industry trends and competitive research.
Provide input to operationalize market research activities and trend analysis. Analyze competitive benchmarking efforts in support of EPP targeted areas. Analyze partner feedback and summarize findings for EPP, OpEx Director.
Provide support to EPP Team members on financial analysis and root cause investigation.
Be the EPP point of contact for financial matters, budget, forecast, and actuals. Support the Senior Manager, Director, and Senior Director for EPP OpEx, as needed.

Minimum 8 years of experience in working with strategy and performance functions in global organizations. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Deep financial analysis experience with deep knowledge of financial models, reports, and financial concepts (including operational expenses, capital expenses, budgets, forecasts, actuals). Ability to analyze data in tools and systems, and in external tools and models (including Smartsheet, Excel, pivot tables, macros, reports, views, PowerBI, and other various methods of visualization). Capable of synthesizing substantial amounts of detailed data and providing summaries, insights, and recommendations to leadership. Able to work within the EPP and OpEx team, as well as with our business partners in Financial Planning and Analysis, Human Resources, Strategy & Planning, and other groups, as needed. Able to navigate complexity and ambiguity while delivering tangible outcomes. Comfortable working with teams, while also capable of working independently and conducting independent analysis and review. Skilled in root cause analysis, gap analysis, evaluation of variances, and digging into details. Able to aggregate financial data to call attention to items requiring review and using data to inform recommendations and decision making. Comfortable working across local and international teams, on-site, hybrid, and virtual environments. Able to work with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365 / O365, including Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote), and partner with team members working in these applications. Comfortable to use, navigate, or learn Smartsheet, Excel, and other digital tools and dashboards. Able to meet deadlines, communicate financial status, deduct key information, and represent the status of actuals plus forecast, compared to budget, in a concise and useful manner. Demonstrated education, experience, or combination, working as a financial planner, financial analyst, data analyst, working with business, operations, technology teams, or similar skillset. Preferred Qualifications MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
