Job Summary:

As a Senior Manager, Product Marketing you will provide support and leadership to a team of Product Marketing Managers responsible for flagship products in NetApp’s market-leading enterprise storage portfolio. In this role you will have the opportunity to help define the marketing strategy for promoting the portfolio to our customers and enabling sales and channel partners. This is a player-coach role in which you and your team will be responsible for defining our positioning and messaging, creating compelling content, and building effective programs to increase awareness and adoption of these offerings. This is a highly cross-functional position where you will partner closely with Product Management, Solutions Marketing, Digital, Field Marketing, and Learning Services teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and driven individual to work on high-growth product lines and make a global impact. Job Responsibilities:

Lead a high-performing team and elevate the standards of Product Marketing within the company, ensuring high quality of outputs and performance on the team. Guide your team in developing structured product marketing plans, communicate plans to cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Corporate Marketing. Establish short-term and long-term goals and performance metrics in line with corporate objectives. Track business indicators, including industry trends and competitors’ marketing and GTM programs to shape GTM strategy. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure departmental goals are met. Represent the company in customer engagements and at events to evangelize our point of view. Job Requirements:

10+ years of experience as an individual contributor and a minimum of 5 years as a people manager. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, critical projects is required. Excellent verbal and written communications skills; presentation, customer service, business, and negotiation skills. Ability to build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization, including remote areas. Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace. A demonstrated ability to manage professional level employees. Ability to function well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities. Education:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience. Compensation: The target salary range for this position is $177 K - $229K. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
