Work Days : Monday - Friday, & rotating Saturdays|
Hours of Operation : Monday - Friday 7:45 AM- 6:15 PM, and Saturdays 8:45 AM-1:15 PM

Position Overview: The Relationship Banker is responsible for delivering an exceptional banking experience that results in lasting customer relationships. This role provides a full scope of products and services, ensuring customers receive the full capabilities of Broadway Bank.
Essential Functions: Provide comprehensive banking services, including transactions processing, account opening, servicing, and loan processing, while ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous service, and resolve client concerns directly or through appropriate referrals. Engage customers through personal connections, open-ended questions, and active listening to build lasting relationships and trust. Maintain deep expertise in all Broadway deposit and loan products to effectively educate and advise customers. Achieve sales goals by understanding customer financial needs and presenting tailored solutions for Broadway's products and services. Build and expand relationships through outbound calls for service, sales, and account onboarding. Utilize CRM effectively to capture client information, record activities, schedule follow-up actions, and identify next likely sales opportunities, facilitating robust customer relationship management. Work collaboratively with Broadway bankers and LOB partners to connect customers with the right expertise for their financial needs. Manage risk, practice loss prevention, and adhere to security policies while maintaining confidentiality. Support retail objectives and meet regularly with Financial Center Manager to review goals and performance. Perform other duties as assigned in compliance with laws, regulations, and bank policies. This position may require travel within the Bank's geographic area. Relationship Banker II - above accountabilities plus:
Ensure the needs of the customer are being meet and assisting them with deepening the relationship by cross-selling and referring to partners when financial needs are identified such as Business Banking, Mortgage (real estate secured & portfolio mortgages), Merchant Services, Wealth Management or Treasury Management. Effective use of all applications and systems utilized in the banker role.
Relationship Banker III - above accountabilities plus:
Expert in processing all consumer loans including Home Equity Loans and Lines of Credit from application to closing. Demonstrate high proficiency in first contact resolution for issues with banking services and accounts. Expert in all applications and systems utilized in the banker role. Acts as a mentor for colleagues and supports branch leadership activities. Ability to provide coaching and instruction to others on complex matters involving high levels of detail.
Experience & Education:
Relationship Banker I:
Previous retail or consultative sales experience. Demonstrated sales and service experience with proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals. Experience in using personal computers, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college-level coursework is a plus. 4-year degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in retail sales and service is preferred. Relationship Banker II:
1-2 years of retail banking or financial services experience. Demonstrated Sales & Service experience with proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals using a consultative sales approach. Proficiency in using personal computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. High School diploma or equivalent required; some college-level coursework is desirable. 4-year degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in retail sales and service is preferred. Relationship Banker III:
Minimum of 2+ years of retail banking or financial services experience. High School diploma or equivalent required. 4-year degree and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in retail sales and service is preferred. Demonstrated Sales & Service experience with proven success in establishing and meeting sales goals using a consultative sales approach. Experience with personal computers, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Meet and maintain financial responsibility, character and general fitness standards along with all other established requirements for an individual Loan Originator (LO) in accordance with Regulation Z. Work involves sitting, extended periods of standing and occasional walking. Requires close visual acuity. Requires the ability to lift, carry, push, pull weights or otherwise move objects weighing as much as 50 lbs. on a regular basis and/or for extended periods of time during the workday.
