Dental Implant Surgical Planning & Guide Designer

Styledent, LLC, Winter Park, FL seeks F/T Dental Implant Surgical Planning & Guide Designer to perform the following job duties: Surgical Planning: Collaborate with dental professionals to develop comprehensive surgical plans for dental implant procedures, considering patient anatomy, bone density, and esthetic outcomes. Technology Integration: Stay updated on advancements in dental implant planning software and digital dentistry technologies, and implement innovative solutions to enhance workflow efficiency and treatment precision. Collaboration: Work closely with clients composed of oral surgeons, prosthodontists, and other dental specialists to streamline interdisciplinary communication and optimize treatment outcomes for patients. Guide Design: Utilize CAD/CAM software to design patient-specific surgical guides that facilitate precise placement of dental implants according to the predetermined treatment plan. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and efficacy of surgical guides through meticulous design review and validation processes, utilizing 3D printing and other technologies as Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to dental professional clientele on the use of surgical planning software and the integration of digital workflows into their practices. Research and Development: Participate in research initiatives aimed at advancing dental implant planning and guide design techniques, contributing to scientific publications and presentations as appropriate. Must have a bachelor’s degree in dentistry or closely related (acad. equiv. ok) plus 24 mo exp as a dental lab technician. Mail resumes to lidia@styledent.com.
