We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team. Located in Atlanta, Georgia, the role is within the industry sector. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. In this role, the Executive Assistant will play a key role in managing the daily operations, ensuring efficient communication among team members, and handling confidential documents.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and coordinate communication between different team members, ensuring efficiency and clarity.
• Manage daily schedules, including appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring that they run smoothly and on time.
• Provide crucial administrative support by drafting a variety of documents such as letters, reports, memos, and others.
• Handle confidential documents with utmost discretion, ensuring they are stored securely and accessed only by authorized personnel.
• Use your skills in CRM, ADP - Financial Services, and Cisco Webex Meetings to maintain and update our database and filing systems.
• Assist in planning and executing events and functions, contributing to their success.
• Use your proficiency in Concur and Kronos Timekeeping System to maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary, using your skills in About Time and Calendar Management.• Proven proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software
• Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings for effective virtual communication
• Ability to manage expenses and travel arrangements through Concur
• Experience with CRM systems for managing client interactions
• Knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping System for accurate payroll processing
• Understanding of About Time software for efficient project management
• Expertise in Calendar Management to ensure smooth scheduling and rescheduling of appointments
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear and concise exchange of information
• Experience in managing Conference Calls, ensuring effective and timely communication within the team
• Ability to handle Correspondence, including drafting, reviewing and sending official letters and emails.
