Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Permanent Executive Director to join our team. The Permanent Executive Director will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of the organization, leading a high-performing team, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. 6. Represent the organization in the banking, retail, and home building sectors, enhancing the organization's profile and reputation.
7. Promote an inclusive, diverse, and equitable working environment, demonstrating a commitment to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the organization.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a complex organization, preferably within the banking, retail, or home building sectors.
2. Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, financial management, and team leadership.
3. Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
4. A professional demeanor, with the ability to represent the organization in a variety of settings.
5. Proven experience in relationship building, with a track record of successfully building and maintaining partnerships.
6. Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the business dynamics in the banking, retail, and home building sectors.
7. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate the organization's mission, vision, and values.
8. A commitment to diversity and inclusion, with experience promoting an inclusive, diverse, and equitable working environment.
9. An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. An MBA or other relevant post-graduate degree is preferred.
