Develop and communicate a strategic product vision aligned with company goals. Backlog Management:
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog in line with strategic objectives. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback, acting as the primary liaison. User Story Development:
Write detailed user stories with acceptance criteria. Development Team Support:
Collaborate closely with the development team to clarify requirements. Scrum Participation:
Engage in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Data-Driven Decisions:
Leverage analytics to refine the product and backlog priorities. Feature Prioritization:
Make decisions on product scope based on business and user needs. Requirements: Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Certifications (Preferred):
Certified Product Owner or Certified Product Manager. Agile Expertise:
Proven understanding of Agile methodologies.
