Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

A dynamic company is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their office located in Queens, New York. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive support to the CEO and senior leadership, managing a variety of administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
Hybrid schedule: 3 days per week in office
Salary: $85k - $100k
Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM ET
Responsibilities:
Manage heavy, complex calendar scheduling, prioritize meetings, and coordinate executive needs
Arrange complex travel logistics, including hotel, transportation, and restaurant reservations
Handle expenses and prepare expense reports
Manage incoming calls, messages, and correspondence, screening calls and routing critical communications
Coordinate meetings and events, including anticipating needs such as presentation tech, communications devices, catering, etc.
Ensure all communications are sorted and distributed efficiently
Assist with conference and event planning
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Conduct research and provide planning support for special projects
Provide additional assistance to the executive team as needed
Requirements:
6+ years of administrative support experience
Bachelors Degree preferred
Ability to maintain a calm demeanor and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
