The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a proven track record in pre-owned automotive sales and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management:
Source and acquire pre-owned vehicles that meet market demands and align with dealership standards. Pricing Strategies:
Analyze market trends and competitively price vehicles to maximize sales and profitability. Sales Leadership:
Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. Customer Satisfaction:
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all pre-owned vehicle customers. Performance Metrics:
Track and analyze sales and inventory performance, adjusting strategies as needed. Collaboration:
Work closely with the General Manager and other departments to align inventory and sales goals with overall dealership objectives. Qualifications Proven experience as a Used Car Manager, Automotive Sales Manager, or similar role in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of pre-owned vehicle valuation, market trends, and acquisition strategies. Leadership and team-building skills with a focus on coaching and development. Proficiency in dealership management systems and CRM software. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
