Process Improvement Specialist

What You'll Do:
Leads, facilitates and coordinates cross functional process improvement teams through events in the evaluation of existing business processes for the purpose of identifying and executing on improvement and savings initiatives. Solves complex business issues to improve operational efficiency through established process improvement methodology. Facilitates process improvement and financial discovery sessions, performs data gathering, root cause analysis, process mapping, and team and client data gathering meetings to develop appropriate improvement recommendations. Presents improvements and data analysis to senior level leadership. Prioritizes and implements process change requirements based on the critical effort needs. Oversees process change implementation and testing, and reviews changes to ensure they will result in measurable organizational improvements. Determines fiscal impact of recommended efforts, measures impact, and quantifies success. Updates and maintains documentation on process improvements/savings initiatives and process performance. May support the development of training and/or change management materials or activities to support new processes or procedures. Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business required, Master's degree preferred 5-8 years relevant experience as Green/Black Belt leading process improvement initiatives Experience/certification with Six Sigma, Lean, Business Process Management (BPM) highly preferred Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills Strong project management skills Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation and relationship building skills Ability to work with diverse groups and manage client relationships Ability to analyze large data sets for trends Proven ability to lead project teams to successful outcomes
