Conduct depositions and site visits. Draft and argue motions. Research and confirm title and property information. Advise clients regarding lien, bond claim, security, and credit management procedures. Attend and represent clients at mediations, arbitrations, and trial.Requirements: At least 1 year of litigation experience. License to practice in Washington in good standing.
