The Opportunity Adobe Stock's content Intelligence team sits at the heart of Adobe's creative ecosystem. Our mission is to apply machine learning to better understand the creative content that flows through Adobe Stock, Behance, and onto Adobe Firefly. Adobe is home to one of the largest repositories of professional creative content in the world and content intelligence is central to best serving the world's creatives.
What You'll Do As a Machine Learning Engineer you will lead the design of ML models and systems. You will work closely with product and engineering management to align technical requirements and opportunities with product goals. You will be expected to provide technical guidance across team projects and help foster a collegial environment that keeps pace with innovative developments in the field.
What You Need to Succeed 5+ years industry experience in developing, evaluating, and deploying ML models into production. Strong communication and collaboration skills Strong knowledge of Python, Python based ML and Data Science frameworks with fluency in at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Experience leading major successful initiatives. Experience working with both research and product teams. Knowledge of ML Ops. Familiarity with ML services is a plus Master's or PhD in computer science, statistics, operations research, applied physics, engineering, or a related quantitative field
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $153,600 -- $286,600 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
