You will create partnerships across the HR department to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects Hightower’s goals and that enhances employee experience across the organization. The HRBP maintains an level of business literacy about our financial position, its midrange plans, its culture, and its competition.Strategic Alignment: Collaborates with executive leadership to develop HR strategies that support our goals.Change Management: Leads organizational change projects in collaboration with other HR leaders, ensuring successful transition and adoption through communication and planning.Consultation: Be a consultant to management on human resources-related issues, offering guidance on best practices. Partner with HR Operations and Talent teams to maintain firmwide consistency when consulting across the HR department.Employee Relations: Facilitates a positive relationship between management and employees, addressing concerns, conflicts, and issues. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct objective investigations.Talent Management and Development: Partners with leadership to identify talent needs. Partner with the Talent team to develop strategies to address them, including strategies for talent acquisition, succession planning, training, career development, and retention.Leadership: Leads, mentors, and supports a team of Human Resources Partners, ensuring they are equipped to deliver strategic HR support to departments in corporate and in the field.Data-Driven Decision-making: Uses HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions.
