As an Architect/Sr. Program Manager, you will work to build communities of users, develop, deploy, and drive and adopt standard processes of “global design.” You will work closely with core process teams (IT), operating units, and commercial teams(regions) to understand requirements and solutions and provide governance.Medtronic has declared its bold ambition: to become the global healthcare technology leader. To achieve Medtronic’s bold ambition, we must engineer a best-in-class Global Operations and Supply Chain (GO&SC) organization that creates a competitive advantage for Medtronic.As the Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will be a Supply Chain Planning Systems SME utilizing your deep expertise with Blue Yonder (or predecessors') Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP/ IO)application and/or Demand 360 (Supply Chain Planning and Optimization). You will work in the Global Supply Chain Planning Center of Excellence organization, providing analysis, leadership, and support working in the development and execution of continuous improvement and long-term strategies that will optimize Medtronic’s innovation, growth, and profitability goals.  As the Supply Chain Solution Architect, you will:Partner with core process teams (IT), operating units, and commercial teams(regions) to understand requirements and solutions and provide governance.  Identify improvement opportunities for current systems, planning, and reporting methods. Communicate relationships and constraints between people, processes, business requirements, and systems.Lead or co-lead business requirements gathering and design sessions for new platforms, applications, and enhancements. Lead and coordinate project estimation.Prepare/review Detailed Requirements Documents and use cases. Evaluate the cause and effects of business problems, analyze options, and propose solutions. Utilize supply chain expertise on the subject matter of supply chain processes and applications. Develop process and training documents.  Understand and stay current with trends in the solution space to ensure solutions meet long-term objectives. Lead and coordinate testing and implementation of key system enhancements. Must-Have: Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree plus a minimum of 7 years of relevant Supply Chain systems implementation, design, or support of Blue Yonder, JDA or Manugistics experience or an advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant Supply Chain systems implementation, design, or support of Blue Yonder, JDA or Manugistics experienceNice to Have Previous hands-on knowledge of two or more disciplines within supply chain demand planning, supply planning, distribution requirements planning, materials planning, operations scheduling, or master data planning.Mastery of Supply Chain system implementation experience (Blue Yonder, SAP, ECC, APO, Manugistics)Superior project management skills, including leading and running cross-functional teams and programs. PR) locations (USD):$140,800.00 - $211,200.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location.
