We are driven to innovate with a clear purpose in mind: to revolutionize the future of foodservice.Overview: The QSR/FSR Sales Director provides strategic leadership across North America, fostering profitable, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. This role is pivotal in the regional planning process, developing and executing strategic commercial plans to achieve revenue and operating income targets. Additionally, the Sales Director drives business growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding the customer base, and enhancing the company’s competitive position. Key Responsibilities: Commercial Strategy Development: Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the QSR/FSR customer base. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, set performance targets, and conduct regular evaluations. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key QSR/FSR clients and stakeholders. Market Analysis: Partner with product management to conduct market research and develop actionable business intelligence. Enhance competitive positioning by listening to the voice of the customer (VOC) and innovating to meet their needs. Reporting: Create detailed sales reports to inform strategic decisions and showcase activity and trends. People Management: Inspire and lead the sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities. Qualifications: Strategic Thinker: Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to think strategically and execute tactically. Results-Driven: Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting or exceeding goals. Trusted Partner: Build value-added relationships with stakeholders and foster a culture of accountability. Talent Developer: Effectively recruit, hire, and develop talent. Clear Communicator: Communicate effectively in both written and verbal interactions with staff, clients, and customers. Skills and Experience: Extensive knowledge of the foodservice industry, particularly QSR and FSR sectors. Proven success in sales, including account management and new business development, preferably within the QSR channel. Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Strong leadership and team management experience. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, Engineering and/or a minimum of 10 years related training and experience; MBA a plus. Able to demonstrate a collaborative work style and ability positively influencing customer outcomes, possessing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
