LHH is hiring a SCL Customer Service Representative for a company in the Greater Milwaukee Area. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and processing customer orders, & ensuring timely and efficient delivery of products. 

• Act as main point of contact for assigned accounts 
• Prepare quotes and cost requests 
• Process customer purchase orders and acknowledgements
• Manage expediting and special orders
• Mange Return Material Authorizations
• Assist with identifying obsolete inventory and forecasting 
• Maintain ERP system and all order documentation
• Maintain accurate records of orders, inventory, and customer interactions.

Type: direct hire
Pay: $50,000-$60,000 
Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri
