Accounting Assistant in CC Job at LHH Recruitment Solutions in Los Angeles

LHH Recruitment Solution is seeking an Accounting Assistant in Century City, CA. This position is contract to hire, paying $22-25/hour, based on experience. This position is hybrid, 1 days remote. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1.5 years of accounting experience. 

Responsibilities

• Retrieve cash receipts and apply them to accounts

• Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in cash receipts

• Assist with processing any refunds or transfers of funds

• Communicate with external individuals regarding any inquiries or issues on payments

• Update customer's accounts if needed

• Collaborate with fellow colleagues

• Perform additional tasks assigned by management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accountant/Finance or related field

• 6 months to 1.5 years of accounting experience experience

• Prior experience working in entertainment background is preferred

• Experience with accounting software

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
