This employed practice is comprised of 3 office locations, a home-care program, a hospital consult service, and care and comprehensive medical direction at 6 nursing facilities throughout the community. Our physicians and other health-care professionals (18 geriatricians, 1 internist, 20 nurse practitioners, a social worker, and a geriatric pharmacist) are specially trained to help maintain the health of older patients, with a focus on early diagnosis and effective treatment of aging-related conditions in vulnerable older adults, including Alzheimers disease and dementia. We understand the needs of the aging population and are committed to providing personal, compassionate care to improve our patients quality of life.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Medicine (Allopathic/Osteopathic)
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Geriatric Medicine
Possess or able to obtain an unrestricted PA Medical License
Completed Certification Requirements for Certified Medical Director (CMD) - preferred
