Maintenance Custodian

Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a dedicated and dependable professional to join our team at one of our managed properties in Tampa, FL as a Maintenance Custodian. Join Associa as a Maintenance Custodian and contribute to the upkeep and functionality of our managed properties. We are seeking a reliable individual with a passion for ensuring a safe and well-maintained living environment for our residents.Maintenance Custodians are responsible for keeping buildings and grounds clean by picking up debris, sweeping, and mopping, as well as cleaning bathrooms and maintaining necessary supplies fully stocked. Maintenance custodians also complete several other functions, such as cleaning windows, vacuuming, dusting and emptying out trash.Compensation/Pay:This is an hourly position with pay in the area of $18.00 per hour.Schedule:We are currently looking to fill a full-time position.Duties include but are not limited to:Cleaning assigned areas including furniture, telephones, fixtures, walls,windows, windowsills, blinds, and ventsSweep, mop, and vacuum all area floors, rest rooms and break areasClean rest room facilities and replenish suppliesPerform general cleaning, light floor care and special event set upsCollect and remove trash and recyclablesOther duties as assignedRequirementsKnowledge and Skills:Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation,safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)Knowledge of State or local governmental safety requirementsKnowledge of equipment associated with custodial tradesInterpretation and completion of verbal and/or written instructions at aproficient levelProfessional customer service skillsTime management and time critical prioritization skillsHigh School Diploma or GED Required:0-3 years of directly related or closely related experience#LI-MA1Company DescriptionWith more than 300 branch offices across North America, Associa is building the future of community for more than 7.5 million residents worldwide.
