We currently have opportunities for a NP or PA to support our growing family medicine clinic in Boise at our Emerald St location!
Schedule - 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday daytime shifts with the opportunity for evenings or Saturday morning rotations.

Qualifications
Education
- Nurse Practitioner: RN, BSN, MSN, FNP
- Physician Assistant: BS Degree, Successful completion of an ARC-PA accredited training program.
Experience
- Previous outpatient, primary care clinical experience preferred, other relevant clinical patient care experience may be considered.
Licensure / Certification
- Full Circle Health medical team members must have the ability to be fully credentialed, licensed and privileged.
- Unrestricted / unconditional license to practice under the laws of the State of Idaho.
- Possess an unrestricted Board of Pharmacy registration, unrestricted DEA registration and all necessary federal narcotics and controlled substance numbers and licenses.
- Maintain eligibility to participate in Medicare, Medicaid and all other third-party payment programs that contract with Full Circle Health.
