Fund Accounting Analyst

JustinBradley's client, is a Washington, DC based firm that manages private equity funds focused on investments in Latin America. The growing firm is looking for a Fund Accounting Analyst to join the team. The Fund Accounting Analyst will work with firm leadership and management companies in fund administration and producing accounting and financial reports.

Highlighted Responsibilities:
  • Post to the general ledger for multiple funds and management companies;
  • Manage and complete close processes, including producing quarterly financial statements;
  • Prepare quarterly reports to distribute to investors;
  • Coordinate the external audit and tax preparation;
  • Research technical accounting issues including updates and/or as transactions arise;
  • Complete various treasury functions as needed.

A well-qualified candidate will possess the following:
  • Knowledge of private equity fund accounting (either through public accounting, or prior experience with a private equity fund);
  • At least two years of accounting experience; and,
  • CPA or actively pursuing CPA.

Compensation range: $80,000/year – $95,000/year
