Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing high-profile construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. This role requires a collaborative leader with strong organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee large-scale construction projects, including apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and universities.
- Manage projects with values of $20 million or more, including ground-up construction.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring quality and safety standards.
- Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to achieve project goals.
- Conduct regular site visits and address any issues proactively.
- Utilize software tools to maintain project documentation and reporting.
Profile
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, including ground-up construction.
- Prior experience with apartments, hospitals, libraries, schools, and universities.
- Proven ability to manage projects valued at $20 million or more.
- Certifications: OSHA 30 required; PMP or CCM preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other project management tools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required.
