Responsibilities
- Technical design, implementation and maintenance of Identity and Access Management solutions using various technologies such as On-Prem AD, Entra ID and SailPoint or similar IGA tool.
- Integrate IAM solutions with other systems and applications.
- Develop IAM Workflow solutions covering the lifecycle of Identities, Access Permissions, Privileged Accounts, etc.
- Develop and configure RBAC roles in Entra ID
- Work experience in Entra ID B2B, External Entra ID (B2C)
- Entra ID role management, configure JIT (Just in Time)
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in IAM, with a focus on Azure and SailPoint, working as an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Governance Administrator or Engineer.
- Three years or more years of experience with SailPoint or similar IGA tool, Identity provisioning and certification modules.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management.
- High level of English fluency in both written and verbal skills, and ability to communicate with different levels within the organization in this language.
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, SSO, PIM and MFA.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Azure Active Directory Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Familiarity with system integrations for Identity management tools with other systems using API.
- Proven ability and experience in engineering and administrating IAM workflow systems.
- Strong ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.
- Excellent at performing multiple tasks at the same time without erring.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail and desire to self-educate.
- High level of proficiency with O365/M365, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required.
- Ability to work independently within a team environment.
- The candidate must be authorized to work in the country where this position is located.
