Job Type Full-timeDescriptionThe Jeffcoat Firm is seeking a skilled and driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our digital advertising efforts, with a primary focus on PPC campaigns, Local Service Ads (LSA), and overall understanding of SEO strategy. If you're proficient with Google Ads and Google Analytics, and have a passion for using data to drive success, we'd love to hear from you! What you'll be doing: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other platforms to generate performance reports. Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics across PPC, SEM, and LSA campaigns. Develop, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads and other platforms. Develop and implement SEM strategies to enhance search engine visibility and drive organic traffic growth. Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase site traffic. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical SEO audits. Assist in the creation, modification, and management of website design and layout. Collaborate with the marketing team on content strategies, including blogs, landing pages, and metadata. Stay current with industry trends, digital marketing best practices, and search engine algorithms to continuously refine strategies. Attends required morning and monthly meetings.? Performs other job duties and responsibilities as assigned.? Who you are: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or a related field. Certification in Google Ads and Google Analytics is preferred but not required.1-5 years of experience working on SEO and SEM strategies. 1-5 years of experience with PPC campaign management and optimization. Experience with Google Ads, Google LSA, and Google Analytics is preferred but not required.Ability to analyze data and use insights to make informed decisions. Strong communication and project management skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Prior experience in legal or service-based industries is a plus but not required.
