The Company 3xLOGIC is a part of Securitas Technology which is owned by Securitas AB, a Swedish based Security company that provides world-leading integrated security solutions that protect, connect, and optimize businesses of all types and sizes. 3xLOGIC operates within the Security Products and Solutions (SPS) group, as a stand-alone entity and our solution provides customers with industry leaving Video Management Solutions, Access Control Solutions and Business Intelligence offerings.3xLOGIC goes to market through a network of US and Canada based dealers and distributors that sell our solutions to end users. Overall Purpose The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve objectives and drive revenue growth for 3xLOGIC in North America. The VP of sales be responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the security industry. The VP of Sales will serve a strategic role in North America, reporting to and working directly with the President of SPS and helping to drive the strategic plan on product roadmap, dealer partners, end user clients and technology. The role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key dealers and key end users and will be responsible for adding new strategic dealers in the market. The role will work collaboratively with other key functions in the organization (Product, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Technical Support) to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Achieve Quarterly and Annual Sales Revenue Quote Develop and Implement plans to grow revenue year over year Work directly with dealers/Value Added resellers on growth plans and target end users for 3XLogic Lead and Develop North American Sales Team Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the companys goals and objectives. Recruit, mentor, develop, Grow and Enhance North American Sales Team. Foster a culture of success, accountability, and continuous improvement. Lead Through Metric and Activity Based Evaluation to achieve and exceed sales targets Drive Salesforce.com Adoption and Utilization as the 1 source of lead, pipeline and activity data Drive adoption and utilization of SalesForce.com Ensure SF.com is the 1 source of data for leads, pipeline and activity reporting Identify and Sign Up New Dealers and Evaluate existing dealer base Identify key new dealers for the 3xLOGIC Brand Evaluate existing channels and dealers Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners Cultivate and Build Dealer and End User Relationships Work Directly with Dealers to Identify needs, opportunities, areas of focus and additional ways to add value Work Directly with large 3xLOGIC end users to drive incremental revenue and understand future opportunities Work with Cross Function 3xLOGIC Team on Strategy and Customer Experience Work collaboratively with the finance, marketing, training and technical support resources on the 3xLOGIC team to ensure a cohesive approach to market challenges and opportunities. Help to identify end user and dealer needs to drive a robust product roadmap Provide feedback on dealer experience, user experience and ways to enhance the overall 3xLOGIC relationship with our dealers and clients Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions. Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Finance or a related field is required 10+ years of experience in various sales roles of increasing responsibility 5+ years of managing and developing sales teams Security industry experience required; experience working with video surveillance, access control, intrusion and/or related fields. Calling directly on dealer channels. Experience working in and utilizing a CRM Tool. Salesforce.com experience preferred Demonstrated experience in achieving and exceeding annual sales targets and track record of revenue growth Leading people, managing people, hiring new talent and upgrading roles where needed Demonstrated Experience in working with cross functional teams, providing feedback and providing leadership to people in groups outside of direct reporting structure Knowledge of and experience working with security dealers throughout the United States with the ability to travel up to 50% of your time. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
