Encompassing three areas, our Healthcare, Sani Professional and Contract manufacturing divisions, we develop, manufacture, and distribute leading edge products for North America and the world. We have several locations across the US and are looking for new Associates to join our team! POSITION PURPOSE Our organization relies heavily on accurate and consistent information to make informed decisions and drive strategic initiatives. Master data serves as the backbone of this information, representing key business entities such as customers, products, suppliers, and locations. The Master Data Analyst is essential in managing this critical data, ensuring it is reliable and accessible across the organization. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity and accuracy of our master data, ensuring that our data assets are reliable and accessible across the organization, working closely with various departments to support enterprise systems and drive continuous improvement in data quality. Specifically, the analyst will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems. Additionally, this role will monitor data quality metrics, conduct data cleansing, and identify and resolve discrepancies in master data, while maintaining thorough documentation of data definitions, data sources, and data lineage to support transparency and understanding of master data throughout the organization. The Master Data Analyst ensures that an organization's master data is accurate, reliable, and effectively utilized to support business objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES Master Data Management: Entry, maintenance, and quality control of master data across various systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy. Data Governance: Collaborate with data governance lead to establish data standards, policies, and procedures that align with organizational goals. Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits and data quality assessments to identify discrepancies, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with established guidelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to gather data requirements and address data-related issues. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of master data processes, workflows, and standards for future reference and training purposes. Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users on master data management tools and best practices. Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports and dashboards to monitor data quality metrics and trends, presenting findings to stakeholders and recommending improvements. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation within the master data management lifecycle.
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS Data KPIs being established and improved over time. Ability to align business requirements to drive consistent data standards, processes, and procedures across the shared environment. Ability to deliver data operations functions to support business expectations. Improved data health and hygiene. BOM quantity and cycle time. Master data accuracy
QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION / CERTIFICATION: Associate degree in related discipline PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge of manufacturing processes (a plus; not required) Understanding of FDA Validation processes and requirements (a plus, not required) Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamic 365 (a plus, not required)
EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: 2+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, or a related field, with a focus on master data governance preferred Experience in a manufacturing organization (a plus; not required)
SKILLS / ABILITIES: Knowledge of industry leading data governance and data quality practices Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of data quality issues, data architecture, and data analysis Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail and a focus on data quality Strong interpersonal and communication skills Solid written, verbal, interpersonal, and analytical skills Ability to manage and prioritize tasks Ability to lead and direct others (direct reports or not) Proficiency in data management tools (e.g., ERP systems, MDM tools) and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL is a plus Team oriented

SALARY RANGE: $65,000 - $80,000 Annually
