We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce CPQ Developer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Salesforce CPQ and a strong understanding of business processes, pricing strategies, and product configurations. They will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient CPQ solutions that drive business growth and operational efficiency.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CPQ solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders from Sales, Partners, Legal and Commercial Ops to gather and refine CPQ requirements, ensuring solutions meet end-user needs.
Customize Salesforce CPQ features including product configuration, pricing rules, approval workflows, discount structures, and quote generation processes.
Lead workshops, requirements walk throughs and sprint review sessions with the business, QA, and Development teams.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to business operations.
Integrate Salesforce CPQ with other systems and applications, such as CRM, ERP, and other systems, to streamline end-to-end business processes.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, identify opportunities for optimization, and implement enhancements to Salesforce solutions.
Stay updated on Salesforce CPQ and related platform updates, continuously optimizing the system to enhance performance and user experience.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
Salesforce CPQ Specialist and Platform Developer I certification is required.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a focus on CPQ.
Experience in leading Salesforce CPQ projects or large-scale implementations.
Extensive knowledge of Salesforce CPQ and its integration with other Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, etc.).
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model, and governor limits.
Strong understanding of product configuration, pricing, discounting, and approval processes.
Expertise in Salesforce customization using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other development tools.
Experience with Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party applications.
Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
Salary Range:
$105,900.00 - $176,500.00
This pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation that the position offers, and final compensation can vary within the range depending on work location, job experience, skills, and relevant educational attainment and/or training.
