Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect with Velocity Location: [Remote][USA] Job Type: Contract All visa's are welcome only W2 We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce CRM, a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, and the ability to align business needs with technical solutions. As a Senior Architect, you will play a key role in ensuring the scalability, security, and effectiveness of Salesforce platforms in large-scale enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architectural design, solutioning, and delivery of Salesforce implementations, ensuring they meet business requirements and technical standards. Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architecture. Provide technical leadership to development teams in Salesforce integration, custom application development, and platform optimization. Design and implement data migration strategies and integration solutions using APIs, middleware, and external systems. Define and enforce Salesforce architectural best practices, coding standards, and governance policies. Ensure the Salesforce platform's performance, security, scalability, and compliance with industry standards. Conduct technical design reviews, solution assessments, and architectural roadmaps. Act as a mentor and coach to junior architects, developers, and technical leads, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Engage in hands-on development when necessary to troubleshoot complex issues or set standards for coding. Work with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and security, to ensure smooth deployment and system reliability. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 8 years of Salesforce experience, including 5 years as a Salesforce Technical Architect. Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange solutions. Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., System Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect). Proven experience in Salesforce integrations, including REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and Middleware platforms (e.g., Mulesoft, Informatica). Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC (Lightning Web Components), and Salesforce declarative tools. Experience designing scalable solutions involving Salesforce CPQ, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and Einstein Analytics. Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DX, and version control systems like Git. Experience with multi-cloud implementations and integrating Salesforce with external systems (e.g., ERP, Data Warehousing). Strong knowledge of data modeling, security, and performance tuning in Salesforce. Preferred Skills: Prior experience in large enterprise Salesforce transformations or implementations. Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Knowledge of data governance, data migration strategies, and ETL tools. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence stakeholders and guide teams. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
