This individual will develop content for social media that conveys the tone and aesthetic of our brand. This is an onsite role. Responsibilities:Know, understand, and adhere to company established policies and procedures.Ensures guest interactions are always positive. Smiles with every guest.Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner.Create engaging text, image, and video content.Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around the company's products and services.Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.Grow and maintain our following through the design and implementation of a social media content calendar.Assist in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy.Attends property and community events to capture content and live feeds.Obtain knowledge of property events and offerings to manage and answer all messages, inquiries, comments, and tags.Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.Engage followers and guests to increase brand loyalty and the submission of guest-shared content.Assists the team in the creation of events on social media (Ticket links, Facebook events, basic flyer creation, event descriptions, etc.)Manage basic digital analytics across all social platforms working with the Marketing Manager to meet analytics goals. Provides detailed monthly reporting analytical data including engagement, reach and potential profitability.50+ New, usable photos and video clips each month. Of those 50 assets 10+ need to be edited and ready to use for social media but also by our marketing team in advertisements, websites, etc.Organizes photo and video content in file storage by month and year.Travels when needed.Performs other related duties as assigned. Requirements Minimum of 3-4 years of social media management experience preferred.Available to work on holidays and weekends.Attention-to-detail and strong command of grammar and spelling.Knowledge of analytics and social media trends and a desire to continuously acquire further knowledge.Basic understanding of social ad managementDesign experience is a plus (Canva or Adobe Suite) Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsCommitment to delivering a high level of guest service.Ability to work under pressure.Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations.Must be very flexible with your schedule.Disclaimer"This is not necessarily an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements, efforts or working conditions associated with the job.
