Job DescriptionITTConnect is seeking a Solution Architect (OSS & BSS) to work for one of our clients. This is a role with a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services present in nearly 50 countries. The end client is in the Telecom business. Job location: Hybrid, 3/2 in the Sandy Springs area in Atlanta; possibility of remote work as well.We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Solution Architect, with Telecom, OSS and BSS experience to join our dynamic team.RequirementsSolution design:Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Produce design for system components that meet functional and non-functional requirements taking scalability, performance and non-functional requirements.Creating architectural diagrams, documentation and presentations to communicate technical design and decisions effectively.Technical leadership:Possess excellent knowledge of Telecom OSS and BSSProficient in programming languages such as Java, Python.Familiarity with UI technologies such as React.js, Angular and backend technologies such as Node jsAbility to evaluate new technologies, frameworks and tools to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement and recommend.Ability to guide and mentor team members to adopt best practices and coding standardsHelp resolve technical challenges, perform application optimizationHelp provide specifications for APIsSecurity and compliance:Conduct security assessments and implement necessary measures following best practices and industry standards.Project management:Strong communicator to effectively bring together cross functional teams including project managers, testers, architects etc to provide solutions.
