Position Summary Our Seattle office is seeking an attorney with 8 years of experience in employment litigation and class actions to join our growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to play a key role in litigation, working directly with client representatives and opposing counsel. The ideal candidate will also collaborate closely with our Workplace Safety group. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, motions, and pleadings, attending court conferences, managing discovery-related activities and investigations, and preparing position statements and dispositive motions. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Washington. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Candidates must have 8 years of Washington employment litigation and class action experience either in-house or at a law firm. Excellent analytical and writing skills are required. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Benefits In accordance with the Washington Equal Pay and Opportunities act, the expected base salary range for this position is between $200,000 and $210,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other job-related factors as permitted by law. This position qualifies for the benefits below.
