Pharmacy Customer Service Associate - HybridSet up Become a Pharmacy Customer Service Associate and help healthcare providers—doctors, hospitals, and pharmacies—ensure patient prescriptions are covered by our health insurance. This role focuses on inbound customer service, starting with processing faxes and transitioning to a phone-based position in a fast-paced call center setting. You'll begin with on-site training before moving to a primarily remote schedule, with regular opportunities for team building and collaboration.
