We are seeking an early to mid-career Data Scientist with a strong background in Physics/Math/Computer Science/Data Science to work in the areas of machine learning, signal/image processing and detection, computer vision, physics-based modeling, and data analysis. This position is based in our Falls Church, VA office. This is a full-time, exempt position with no supervisory duties and the possibility of partial remote work, depending on task requirements. Primary Responsibilities: Develop physics-based software and algorithms for advanced data analysis. Transform complex multi-dimensional datasets into actionable insights. Implement machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques to analyze novel datasets. Additional Responsibilities: Contribute to high-impact projects in sensor design and analysis, including phenomenology exploitation. Develop and refine detection, estimation, and tracking algorithms. Work on target classification and identification solutions. Apply advanced signal processing, machine learning, and artificial intelligence algorithms to cutting-edge challenges. Other Requirements: U.S. citizenship is required to meet position eligibility.
