This position is a chance for a C++ Software Engineer to join a start up medical device organization making a huge difference to millions of people by testing this organizations product software! This is a hybrid role at the organization's Burlington location.

Client Details

The C++ Software Engineer will be working for a company that is working on a cure for millions of patients suffering with a specific medical condition. They are developing a product that will be a high resolution real-time product that will be used during medical procedures.

Description

The successful C++ Software Engineer will be responsible and not limited to, the following:

• Help own features from prototype to production
• Work closely with both the hardware & software teams within the organization
• Play a key part in the development of this organization's medical device by coding in C++ on a daily basis
• Do application development
• Do GUI work
• Work with the Data Science team to translate algorithms
• Be willing to wear multiple hats and be flexible as you'll be working in a fast paced start-up environment!

Profile

They successful C++ Software Engineer will have the following experience:

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Engineering or similar
• At least 2+ years of professional C++ development experience is essential
• QT QML & CMake experience is hugely beneficial
• Any medical device development experience is a HUGE plus
• Linux experience is preferred as the organization does 3D rendering
• Must have clear communication
• Must be comfortable working in an early-stage start up environment
