Details of Assignment:
Friday - Monday, 12 hour shifts. Will take Saturday/Sunday candidates if travel isn't needed.
Direct cases. No Supervision or direction of CRNAs.
Case Mix: No OB, Cardiac or Pediatric cases. Physician expected to do: Blocks, Ortho, General, GI, Neuro, Gyn, Urology, Plastics, Vascular.
EMR: Medaxion/Cerner
Active Texas license
Creds take 60-90 days
Board Certified by the ABA
