Our client is currently seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their growing team who is looking to grow with the business.
Description
- Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through completion, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Manage project teams, including subcontractors and suppliers, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve any design or construction issues.
- Maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, manage resources, and ensure proper documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe work environment on-site.
Profile
- 7+ year's experience in Commercial Construction Project Management
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field strongly preferred
- OSHA certification preferred
- Proficient in project management software
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
