Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead thinking and planning about academic programs.
Oversight of all academic programs.
Supervision of all faculty and program directors.
Supervise and lead faculty recruitment initiatives.
Oversight of assessment plan for student learning.
Participation in Leadership Team.
Propose and implement new initiatives, programs, and other forms of development in Academic Affairs.
Responsible for the development and administration of all academic policies, programs, and budgets for the University’s Chicago and Vancouver campuses.
Work Environment (Physical Demands):
The usual and customary methods of performing the job functions require the following physical demands: some lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 80% sitting, 10% walking, and 10% standing. This job is performed in a generally clean and healthy environment.
