Humana is building an industry-disrupting home care business, bringing care to the patient's home across the full spectrum of acuity from Primary Care relationships to Hospital encounters. Our integrated model includes integrating recently acquired assets, such as Kindred at Home and onehome, with strategic partners. This strategic shift will add considerable complexity to the marketing function supporting the segment, and strong marketing leadership will be key to the successful execution of the strategy. We are seeking a talented marketing leader to join our team in the newly-created role of Associate Vice President (AVP), Marketing - Home Segment. You will oversee the development and implementation of long-term integrated strategies and programs that will be key to the success of the largest Home Health business in the country. More specifically, you will drive patient acquisition, engagement, and retention through a tight relationship with the sales function, as well as through direct-to-consumer strategies. Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: Define Marketing approach for the existing fee-for-service and emerging value-based care business models in home health. Partner with sales functions to develop strategies and support capabilities for building business through referrers. Partner with clinical innovation teams to define and launch new services. Lead Portfolio Marketing approach for the segment. Engage with partner organizations to align on marketing strategies. Drive sales success with carriers and providers through packaging value of Home Solutions assets. Oversee and manage all marketing strategy, planning, execution, and performance measurement for the Segment Marketing team. Build, lead, and develop a team of 10-15 experienced marketing professionals. Collaborate within the broader Marketing organization to ensure consistency within market strategies. Key Candidate Qualifications

The successful candidate will have broad and diverse marketing leadership experience, including sales enablement, B2C, B2B, and digital marketing. A degree in Marketing or a related field is required, along with a track record of spearheading marketing best practices and innovation. Ideal attributes include: Strong business acumen and understanding of downstream and upstream impacts. Experience with business development and growth strategies. Solid expertise in marketing/consumer analytics. Ability to create change and urgency. Experience managing external vendor relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills. MBA or advanced degree in marketing or a similar field. NOTE: We will require full COVID vaccination for this job. If progressed to offer, you will be required to provide proof of full vaccination.
