Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft tailored hiring strategies. Own the end-to-end recruitment process, building pipelines that power our current and future growth. Source top talent using innovative strategies to engage even the most passive candidates. Be a data guru—track metrics, report progress, and refine our approach to hiring. Provide exceptional candidate experiences and help position Fireblocks as an employer of choice. What you’ll bring:

3+ years experience working in a scaling tech environment (ideally SaaS, Fintech or similar), with a further 2+ years spent in an agency environment. Proven experience in hiring for Sales, Legal, Marketing & Security roles. Strong and proven ability to source passive candidates utilizing recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Demonstrated expertise hiring qualified candidates at all levels throughout all departments. Proven recruitment expertise through the experience of managing the full recruitment cycle of multiple requisitions at any given time, with an emphasis on a top-notch candidate experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with candidates, conveying job opportunities effectively, and collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders. Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills with the ability to follow processes and procedures. Genuine passion for developing and engaging with diverse talent pipelines, and the ability to approach talent acquisition from a strategic level to ensure the best fit for each role. For employees hired to work from New York, or from our NYC HQ, Fireblocks is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range is specific to New York City and takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are reviewed when making a hiring decision, such as years of experience, skills, and other business needs. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and each compensation decision is dependent on each individual case. A reasonable base salary range estimate for this position is $110,000 - $145,000. The base salary is one component of the total compensation package, which for some roles may include a target bonus, a competitive equity grant, and generous benefits.
