We’re looking for an experienced & passionate product manager to lead a team focused on building and launching large-scale new 0-1 products that solve these needs. Past launches include the

Robinhood Retirement product & Joint Accounts - and the team has an exciting year ahead driving the next wave of these products. This is a unique opportunity to drive outsized impact leading large-scale new product verticals at the cutting edge of fintech. The preferred locations for this position are in or around Robinhood's offices in Menlo Park, CA or New York, NY. What you’ll do day-to-day:
Lead a team of engineers, designers, researchers, data scientists and marketers to better understand our customers and their most pressing needs. Establish & execute on a product vision and strategy for the team and growing the Retirement & long-term investing business. Foster a culture of ambition, learning and iteration through experimentation and thinking big. Work with cross functional stakeholders such as legal, compliance, operations, finance, and more to ensure products are built the right way Deliver products on time with an extremely high quality bar Launch delightful and trendsetting consumer experiences About you:
5+ years experience building and shipping high-quality, consumer product experiences Experience defining and launching large 0-1 products in the consumer or consumer-facing fintech space. Strong leadership, communication and relationship management skills. Experience with using research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision making.
