Job Description: As an Automotive BDC Representative, you will be responsible for generating appointments and building relationships with potential customers through phone, text, and email. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from their first point of contact with our dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
Follow up with previous customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business
Maintain an accurate database of customer information and all interactions
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and questions
Collaborate with the sales and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
Achieve consistent weekly and monthly performance targets
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be able to work on Monday – Saturday (day off during the week and Sundays)
